These programs are a psycho-education, and coaching program formulated off of CBT therapy, solution focused therapy, positive psychology, and mindfulness. Topics include anxiety and depression, stress management, healthy relationships and healthy coping strategies.

This is intended as a one-on-one coaching program and is not intended for deep clinical therapy work.
